Our story
We began over twenty-five years ago in South Australia, delivering construction projects across government and private sectors. Our portfolio includes hundreds of completed projects for the South Australian and Federal Governments, alongside complex residential developments.
That experience shaped how we operate today. Working across large, multi-stakeholder projects built our capability in delivery, risk management, and coordination at scale. Over time, we moved from contractor to capital-aligned development partner—shifting our focus from building for clients to partnering on significant opportunities where we can contribute experience, capital insight, and execution capability from the outset.
What we do
Our experience spans master-planned residential communities, premium hospitality, integrated infrastructure, and large-scale mixed-use precincts. We focus on opportunities where partnership drives better outcomes—aligning interests, sharing risk appropriately, and creating mutual value.
We are selective by design. We do not operate as a builder for hire or a service provider for small projects. We work with serious partners on genuine opportunities where combined capability can unlock meaningful long-term value.

Daniel Palumbo
Managing Director
Daniel is the Managing Director of Palumbo. He has extensive experience in the construction industry, having delivered a multitude of successful projects for government and private sector clients. He is our business winner, opportunity seeker and our primary interface with clients.
Daniel is a qualified engineer and very knowledgeable regarding property development and policy.
Anthony Palumbo
Director / Principal Estimator
Anthony is the Principal Estimator at Palumbo, developing high-quality and cost-effective solutions and opportunities for our clients. He also consults on the economics and management of larger projects and provides comprehensive constructability assessment and project management.
Anthony's energy, industry experience and pragmatic methods allow us to offer our clients competitive pricing and high-quality project management.
Don Palumbo
Director / Construction Manager
Don is the Construction Manager at Palumbo. He leads our on-site team and is responsible for the management of our building supervisors and contractors. He has worked on projects ranging from high-rise apartment complexes and multi-stage dwellings, to schools and medical facilities.
Don plays a significant role in project management, formulation of schedules and coordination of contractors.
