Through our shareholding in LA Utilities, we deliver wastewater treatment solutions across northern Adelaide and regional South Australia. LA Utilities develops, owns, and operates treatment plants, providing planning, construction, and long-term operation and maintenance. This capability enables development on land previously considered unserviceable, supporting growth aligned with South Australia's Northern Housing Plan and allowing housing and mixed-use projects to proceed where they otherwise could not.

Infrastructure is not an add-on for us. It is a strategic lever. By bringing essential services to your site, we can remove one of the most significant barriers to development and materially increase its viability and value.

Through Leinad Land Management (LLM), we provide essential construction materials and resource recovery at our Dublin Green facility.

LLM processes construction and demolition waste, transforming it into recycled aggregates, road base materials, and engineered fills that meet stringent industry specifications. We also provide soil products — from clean fill and Type A materials to specialised blends for foundations, earthworks, and landscaping.

Our approach prioritises resource recovery over disposal, diverting materials from landfill and creating a reliable supply chain for the construction industry. Whether supporting our own large-scale developments or external projects, LLM delivers the quality materials that modern construction demands while reducing environmental impact.

Design

Integrated architectural and interior design across every development.

We design our own projects, from initial architectural concept through to interior finishes, furniture selection and staging of finished spaces. It's an integrated capability we maintain because design decisions affect construction sequencing, cost control, and end-user experience at every stage.

Our in-house team coordinates architectural design, interior specifications, and final dressing across all our developments. Sofitel Adelaide required hospitality-grade interior design that aligned with Sofitel Brand Standards while meeting our construction and operational requirements. Royal Apartments demanded material palettes and fixture selections that justify premium positioning. East Park Kent Town needed interior solutions that maximised natural light across complex floor plates. Each project presents different design challenges, and in-house design control allows us to address them without handover delays and seamless coordination.

This integrated approach. architecture, interiors, and construction under one roof—gives us control over project outcomes that external design engagement simply can't deliver. When design, development, and construction operate as one function, projects stay on schedule, budgets remain predictable, and the result reflects what we intended to build.

Developed initially to manage our own complex operations, SafetyPal transforms paper-based systems into streamlined digital workflows. From compliance tracking and document management to custom reporting and process automation, the platform moulds to your business systems rather than forcing you to change how you work. It's industry-agnostic — manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education, or construction — if you have manual compliance processes, SafetyPal can digitise them.
